The Challenge: Beyond the Sandbox

Most AI Scientists spend their time in isolated labs. At Newbridge Vietnam, we do things differently. We are looking for an AI Scientist to join a high-stakes, long-term initiative for one of our global strategic clients.

This isn't about running "cool experiments" that gather dust. You will be tasked with architecting the core intelligence of a global enterprise—designing, training, and deploying sophisticated models that solve high-dimensional problems in real-time.


The Impact You’ll Make

  • The Architect of "Possible": Design and implement state-of-the-art algorithms across Generative AI, NLP, and Predictive Modeling.
  • The Research-to-Reality Pipeline: Bridge the gap between academic white papers and production-ready code. You’ll work with Engineering teams to ensure your models are scalable, robust, and lightning-fast.
  • Deep Discovery: Dive into massive, complex datasets to uncover latent patterns and develop novel features that drive competitive advantage.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay at the bleeding edge. You are expected to experiment with the latest frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and LLM architectures to keep the client ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

  • The Algorithmic Expert: You have a Master’s or PhD in CS, Math, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent "battle-tested" experience).
  • The Practitioner: You don’t just know the theory; you can code your own architectures. You are a wizard in Python and have deep experience with Transformer models, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
  • The Optimizer: You understand that a model is only as good as its performance. You know how to optimize for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
  • The Communicator: You can explain the "Black Box" of AI to stakeholders in a way that builds trust and excitement.
