Job Description:

AI Product Manager – Building the Intelligence Layer

The Mission: From Concept to Cognitive Reality

Newbridge Vietnam is searching for a visionary AI Product Manager to lead a high-stakes digital transformation for one of our marquee global clients.

In this role, you aren't just managing a backlog; you are the architect of an intelligence roadmap. You will sit at the intersection of human experience and machine learning, turning massive datasets into intuitive, high-impact products that redefine how our client competes globally.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Strategic Translation: Bridge the gap between C-suite business goals and deep-tech execution. You’ll turn "What if?" into a concrete product requirement document (PRD).
  • Cross-Functional Command: Lead a "Tiger Team" of Newbridge developers and client-side data scientists to move models from experimental notebooks to production-grade products.
  • Algorithm to UX: Oversee the full ML lifecycle—from data discovery and model training to A/B testing and seamless UI integration.
  • Ethical Stewardship: Champion responsible AI, ensuring every model we deploy is transparent, unbiased, and secure.

Why This Role is Different

  • High-Octane Environment: Enjoy the agility of a premier tech consultancy with the massive data sets and resources of a global enterprise leader.
  • Pure Tech Focus: This is a "build-from-scratch" culture. We focus on LLMs, Generative AI, and Predictive Analytics—not legacy systems.
  • Elite Support: You aren't alone. You have the full weight of Newbridge’s AI and Data Engineering labs behind you to help solve the toughest technical hurdles.

Who You Are

  • The "AI Native" PM: You have 4+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping AI/ML-driven features.
  • The Data Translator: You can speak "Hyperparameters" with the engineers and "ROI" with the stakeholders without losing anything in translation.
  • The Problem Hunter: You don't wait for a ticket. You look at data, find the friction, and design the automated solution.
  • Technical Foundation: You understand the nuances of model performance—precision, recall, and the difference between "cool AI" and "useful AI."
